Yoga for the Eyes

Class will be held on the deck. Proof of vaccination required to attend.
A Zoom link will be sent to online registrants within one hour of the workshop start time.
In the context of a full Sivananda yoga class, focus on relaxing and benefitting the eyes. We will practice specific eye exercises and discuss creating habits which can bring health to our precious eyes. Eyesight can be improved as well.
Each person registering will need to complete a Student Agreement Form, which will be emailed as a fillable PDF. Be sure to return it to us before the class. (If you have taken class at our new location, or have a Mindbody account with us, we have your form on file.)
