Yoga for Balance

In-person participants will be required to show a vaccination card. Class will be held outdoors on the deck.
A Zoom link will be sent to online registrants within one hour of the workshop start time.
Step off the roller coaster of life. Find peace in your practice. We will sprinkle balancing postures throughout a Sivananda Yoga class, building your power of concentration and strengthening your bones while we’re at it. Relax and experience equanimity.
Each person registering will need to complete a Student Agreement Form, which will be emailed as a fillable PDF. Be sure to return it to us before the class. (If you have taken class at our new location, or have a Mindbody account with us, we have your form on file.)
