Online registrants will receive a Zoom link at least one hour before the first class.
What is Sadhana? What constitutes Sadhana? Consider the best Sadhana for you. Build a spiritual practice that you will stick to. This weekend, practice two yoga classes daily, including pranayama breathing exercises to improve mental and physical health, balance the two hemispheres of the brain, balance the two energies of yin and yang, balance emotions, and increase vitality for the body.

FRIDAY 9/29
6:00–7:30pm – All-Levels Yoga class
7:30pm – Vegetarian dinner
7:30–8:45pm – Wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita (optional, OK to be late)
SATURDAY 9/30
6:00–7:15am – Satsang (silent meditation, chanting and a talk)
8:00am – Light breakfast
10:00–11:30am – All-Levels Yoga Class
12:00pm – Vegetarian lunch
2:00–3:30pm – Sadhana and its Challenges
4:00–5:30pm – All-Levels Yoga class (with extra pranayama)
6:00pm – Vegetarian dinner
SUNDAY 10/1
6:00–7:15am – Satsang
8:00am – Light breakfast
10:00–11:30am – All-Levels Yoga Class
12:00pm – Vegetarian lunch
1:00pm – Karma yoga
2:00–3:30pm – Hip Opening Workshop
5:30pm – Satsang and Soup (optional)
