Retreat: Advanced Hatha Yoga

Online registrants will receive a Zoom link at least one hour before the first class.

Three solid days of practice and theory with a senior teacher, Krishna Darshan. Attend two yoga classes daily, including pranayama breathing exercises to improve mental and physical health, balance the two hemispheres of the brain, balance the two energies of yin and yang, balance emotions, and increase vitality for the body.

Krishna Darshan is a direct disciple of Swami Vishnudevananda and has been a yoga and meditation teacher for more than 30 years in South America, Europe and USA. He has been the main Hatha Yoga instructor in numerous International Yoga Teacher Training Courses and has an in-depth knowledge of the practice of Hatha and Raja Yoga and Vedanta philosophy. He is an able yogic sadhana counselor and runs his own ashram, El Silencio, in Uruguay.

4-day/3-night Hatha Yoga retreat
Guests arrive Sunday evening by 5:30pm for Satsang and leave Wednesday after 4:00pm
