Yoga for Chronic Pain

Movement is essential in managing chronic pain—and that never means pushing through even though it hurts! Conscious awareness of each movement and an inner dialogue will keep you safe and prevent re-injury. By being gentle and attentive, you may find you can do more than you thought. This yoga class includes breath awareness techniques, slow-paced warm-ups, a gentle asana series and plenty of relaxation.
