New Year’s Retreat

7:30pm – Wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita (optional, OK to be late)

SATURDAY 12/30
6:00am – Satsang (meditation and chanting)
10:00am – Yoga Class
12:00pm – Vegetarian lunch
1:00pm – Karma Yoga (selfless service)
3:00pm – Positive Thinking Workshop #2
6:00pm – Yoga Class
7:30pm – Vegetarian Dinner

SUNDAY 12/31
6:00am – Satsang (meditation and chanting)
10:00am – Yoga Class
12:00pm – Vegetarian lunch
1:00pm – Karma Yoga
2:00pm – New Year Resolves Workshop
6:00pm – Vegetarian Dinner
9:30pm – Puja and Meditating in the New Year, refreshments

MONDAY 1/1
10:00am – Yoga Class
11:30pm – Vegetarian lunch
12:00–4:00pm – Hike and Pranayama with an ocean view

Retreat Arrival & Departure

Arrival: Check-in at 2:00pm Friday. 
Departure: Check-out at 5:00pm Monday.

What to bring

Slip-on shoes, loose comfortable clothing, writing materials, meditation shawl or blanket, yoga mat, sitting cushion and water bottle.
