Retreat Arrival & Departure

Arrival: Check-in at 2:00pm Saturday. 
Departure: Check-out at 5:00pm Wednesday.

What to bring

Slip-on shoes, loose comfortable clothing, writing materials, meditation shawl or blanket, yoga mat and water bottle.
