Support your health and peace of mind with the powerful tools and knowledge of Yoga, meditation and breathwork. Gain diet and lifestyle tips. Join us for Hatha Yoga classes, breathwork, meditation, healthy vegetarian meals, and educational workshops in a supportive spiritual community at the LA Sivananda Yoga Center. Empower yourself with a holistic wellness routine.
Includes a 90-minute personal holistic health review prior to the program (in person or via Zoom) and one-on-one mini-consultations each day. Follow-up sessions possible.
Anandi (Ana Maria Velazquez) has over 17 years of experience bringing yoga to both adults and children of all ages. She is a certified Sivananda yoga teacher. Among multiple other modalities, she is an “Anxious to Awesome” facilitator (a program geared to coaching preteens, teenagers and parents transitioning to a life with purpose, self love and joy). Anandi conducts retreats, workshops, summer camps and classes in a fun and accessible style. While applying the wisdom acquired through 14 years of motherhood, she herself becomes a teenager at heart. She is completing her practicum in the 800-hour Sivananda Yoga Health Educator Training.

1:00–2:30pm – Talk: Positive Thinking Strategies
2:45–3:45pm – Relaxation Techniques
3:45pm – Individual check-ins
4:00pm – Karma Yoga
6:00pm – Dinner
SUNDAY 3/23
6:00–7:30am – Satsang on the topic of Prana
8:00am – Light breakfast
10:00–11:30am – Yoga Class: Gentle Asanas and Pranayama

1:00–2:30pm – Talk: Positive Affirmations
2:45–3:45pm – Concentration and Meditation Techniques
3:45pm – Individual mini-consultations
5:30–7:30pm – Satsang and soup (optional)
Retreat Arrival & Departure
Arrival: Check-in as early as 2:00pm Friday.
Departure: Check-out at 4:00pm Sunday. Or stay for Satsang and soup.
What to bring
Slip-on shoes, loose comfortable clothing, writing materials, meditation shawl or blanket, water bottle and indoor slippers.
You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat and sitting cushion, if convenient.
