Free introduction

Are you interested in learning about and experiencing a classical Yoga practice? There is no pre-registration for the event, just come a few minutes early on the day.
It is also an opportunity to become familiar with our courses and workshops, and the peaceful way of life practiced here at the Center. This event is suitable for total beginners. Find out what yoga is and how it affects the body, mind and spirit.

What to bring

Wear or bring loose, comfortable clothing that will be suitable for doing the yoga. Bring a yoga mat (if you have one) or towel, to place on the mats we provide.

Introduction to the Center and teachings of Classical Yoga

3:00pm
One Hour Introductory Yoga Class:
A 60-minute beginner’s asana class, ending with an introduction to Meditation

4:00pm
Ask questions, learn about other programs at our Centers and Ashrams
