In this workshop we will dive deep into your nourishment for total wellbeing, creating simple rituals for great health with easy recipes for true nourishment.
You will learn:
• the importance of spices and herbs to help digestion.
• cooking methods that help to facilitate absorption and assimilation of nutrients deep in the body’s cells.
• how tastes guide our choices and are the key to a balanced meal.
You will understand the principles that make up the pillars of great health according to Ayurveda. It will then all become more natural and intuitive for you. We eat everyday. . and what we eat influences our health and energy level.
Make food our ally for healing. Learn simple, quick nourishing recipes that will alleviate the stress in your body.
Buy less—but more nutritionally dense—foods and learn how to prepare them for easy digestion and absorption.

Shanti Devi‘s wellness journey started in 2002 at a simple prenatal yoga class while pregnant with her first child. Throughout her young adult life, she had felt anxious, with an “uncomfortability” in her own skin. She would overdo, and then feel completely depleted. In that very first Hatha Yoga class, she experienced a feeling of ease that was new to her. She became more curious, and with the discovery of Ayurveda—together with Yoga—her mind started to become calmer and her body started to heal. In 2014, she enrolled in her first course. Little by little, she understood the concepts and, as a stay-at-home mom, started incorporating them into her family’s daily life. Over the years, she obtained various certifications in both Yoga and Ayurveda while continuously expanding her knowledge. It amplified her intuition and helped her to navigate the challenges of a busy modern life with more grace and ease. Now with kids grown up, aging has become a very dynamic and exciting time. The key is to gain the understanding that our health and wellbeing lies in our own hands. When we reconnect with our innate wisdom we ignite the fire within for great vitality. Learning to cultivate intuitive healing practices is deeply fulfilling as it empowers us to step more fully into LIFE.
