Daily Schedule

FRIDAY 10/27
6:00–7:30pm – All-Levels Yoga class
7:30pm – Vegetarian dinner
7:30–8:45pm – Wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita (optional, OK to be late)

SATURDAY 10/28
6:00–7:15am – Satsang (silent meditation, chanting and a talk)
8:00am – Light breakfast
10:00–11:30am – All-Levels Yoga Class
12:00pm – Vegetarian lunch
1:30–3:00pm – Generosity and Divine Love
3:30–5:00pm – Karma Yoga Work Party
5:30pm – Vegetarian dinner celebrating community
7:30pm – Peace Chanting

SUNDAY 10/29
6:00–7:15am – Satsang
8:00am – Light breakfast
10:00–11:30am – All-Levels Yoga Class
12:00pm – Vegetarian lunch
1:00pm – Karma yoga
2:00–3:30pm – Inspiring Stories
5:30pm – Satsang and Soup (optional)

Arrival & Departure

Arrival: Check-in any time in the afternoon by 6:00pm Friday. 

Departure: Before or after Sunday evening Satsang

What to bring

Slip on shoes, loose comfortable clothing, writing materials, meditation shawl or blanket, yoga mat, sitting cushion and water bottle.
