With Lalitha Vaidyanathan
Become well-balanced through daily remedies and routines. Morning routines, or dinacharya, are extremely important and can include self-care, hygiene, wholesome foods and asana practice.
The body and the mind follow an internal clock. Regularity in your routine is essential. By adapting your routine to the phases of the day, you remain balanced and ensure that your dosha (body constitution) is working effectively. Getting up, eating, and going to bed at the same time each day will provide an ideal framework for a healthy life and a day full of energy. Choose some practices to integrate in your daily routine!
