This is a natural continuation for those who have completed Yoga 2. The course focuses on the correct performance of the basic asanas and pranayama; with the addition of variations on the basic twelve as well as the introduction of other additional asanas. More advanced theory is included.
Yoga 3 is an 5-session course consisting of a 1.5 hour class, once per week.
Below is a special schedule for Yoga 3 Course starting on January 7th, 2017.
Week One: Sunday 1/7. *Meet at 10:45-12:30. After a simple lunch together, join Swami Sankarananda's Positive Thinking Day 2 from 1:30-3:30. (I highly encourage you to atthen Day 1. It is Saturday 1/6, 1:30-3:30)
Week Two: Sunday 1/14 at 9am
Week Three. Sunday 1/21 at 9am
Week Four: *Take Hatha Yoga Immersion with Swami Adiparashaktiananda from Friday 1/26 evening to Sunday 1/28.
Week Five. Sunday February 4 at 9am.
**Workshop tuition: Positive Thinking $20/day;
Hatha Yoga Immersiion weekend is $80 for Yoga 3 students with membership.
