Restorative Yoga Workshop

Restorative Yoga benefits those with physical limitations, or who are recovering from injuries and illnesses. It is rejuvenating for those who experience stress, insomnia or fatigue, or are energetically-drained.
Be guided into restorative poses for therapeutic effects—to re-align, re-balance and restore the root of any imbalances. Props will be suggested for support and comfort.
Empower yourself to release agitation and experience relaxation and healing on a deep level.
In this workshop, you will be guided by mentored Restorative Yoga teacher trainees.
