With Vaidya Bharathi Venkatachalapathy
and Rashee Rohatgi
Receive Pancha Karma at the LA Center—an ideal place to relax, rejuvenate and detoxify. Be on-site for treatments Monday, October 30 through Monday, November 6.
Registration cut-off: September 22
Pancha Karma is Ayurveda’s elegant and highly-specialized system of purification and rejuvenation. The Pancha Karma process gets to the root cause of imbalances and works to rebalance the body, mind and emotions. When these are in harmony, deep and profound healing can occur in all systems of the body.
The setting is unique in that it also includes the Center’s supportive daily schedule of meditation, kirtan, gentle yoga and pranayama, plus related talks. Enrollment is limited to three participants. There will be no other guests at the Center during the Pancha Karma.
Your Pancha Karma experience begins well in advance of your trip to the Center. Meet Vaidya Bharathi for a full Ayurvedic evaluation/consultation online in September. Based on the assessment, appropriate therapies will be planned.
The preparatory phase of the cleanse begins 10–15 days prior to your stay at the Center. Prescribed herbs will be mailed accordingly.
The on-site therapies will be customized based on your prakriti and health needs.
Your 7-day stay at the Center includes a private room, daily yoga sessions, meditation, chanting, Ayurveda consultations with Vaidya Bharathi, daily individualized oil therapies with Rashee, herbs for cleansing, and nourishing food. There will also be a couple of Ayurveda workshops offered during your stay. We will do our best to pamper you.
You are encouraged to practice yoga and meditation daily. Read and relax. Leave your cell phone and gadgets behind.
