ONLINE Indian Classical Vocal Exercises

Here is an opportunity to practice what we learned with Hasu Patel in her Classical Indian Music course last week. We will go through a few of the 10 Hindustani scales (thaats) and do vocal exercises to balance energy, move the breath, increase our vocal range and uplift our hearts. It is a small window into a magnificent science and art.
(It is helpful if you attended the course last week, but not required.) Exercise sheets will be emailed to you to follow during class.
Hasu Patel has graciously agreed to continue teaching us online. We will try a 5-session course, meeting weekly on Mondays.
