Throughout her young adult life\, she had felt anxious\, with an “uncomfortability” in her own skin. She would overdo\, and then feel completely depleted. In that very first Hatha Yoga class\, she experienced a feeling of ease that was new to her. She became more curious\, and with the discovery of Ayurveda—together with Yoga—her mind started to become calmer and her body started to heal. In 2014\, she enrolled in her first course. Little by little\, she understood the concepts and\, as a stay-at-home mom\, started incorporating them into her family’s daily life. Over the years\, she obtained various certifications in both Yoga and Ayurveda while continuously expanding her knowledge. It amplified her intuition and helped her to navigate the challenges of a busy modern life with more grace and ease. Now with kids grown up\, aging has become a very dynamic and exciting time.
