Taming the Mind Course (5 sessions)

Course meets five consecutive Fridays, March 11–April 8 • 5:30–7:00pm PST
Online registrants will receive a Zoom link at least one hour before the first class.

Two of the main causes of stress are our negative feelings and thoughts. Negativities are prevalent in our busy, fast-paced life. Our interactions with others tend to be more negative rather than bringing comfort and joy and positivity.
 
Our minds are saturated and our sensitivity numbed by an overload of information and the confusion and despair that comes from media over-saturation. In this atmosphere, it is difficult for us to access our innate positive and joyful nature, and to remember the goodness of people and the grace of God.

  • Anger management
  • Fear management
