After Karuna got sick and found healing through a vegetarian diet, her mother Phanith, still wanted her to enjoy Khmer (traditional Cambodian) food.
Phanith found new, creative ways to cater to her daughter's needs and have the food still taste delicious! Her mother infuses love and warmth in every meal she makes with great devotion.
Phanith is learning yoga from her daughter and Karuna is learning to cook from her mother. Through yoga and healthy eating, they have created a stronger bond and want to share this joy with everyone.
