Begin the New Year anew with fresh energy and balance in a spritual envirnment. All will benefit whether you are a beginner looking for further understanding; or a seasoned practictioner looking to deepen your insight.
This wonderful immersion combining Hatha Yoga theories and practice will inspire and energize you to start of the New Year. 

All meals are vegetarian, prepared by selfless volunteers, please let us know of your dietary displine or food allergies. 

Regular students of the Center can choose to use your existing class passes and pay per workshop, or choose the bundled tuition instead.
