The Sivananda Yoga class is a rejuvenating yet relaxing class with emphasis on deep breathing, relaxation, and concentration. This traditional and classical session of training starts with initial relaxation (Savasana), followed by breathing exercises, warm up exercises, Yoga postures and final relaxation.

This 1-hour class is to prepare beginners to eventually join our All-level calss.
