This is a natural continuation for those who have completed Yoga 1.
The course focuses on the correct practice of the basic asanas and pranayama, emphasizing proper body alignment. More advanced asanas are introduced, as well as variations on the 12 basic postures. Theory presented includes subtle energetic effects of Yoga, chakras, kriyas and postural alignment.
Yoga 2 is offered as a 5-week course meeting once per week.
Cost: $65 members, $75 non-members (suggested donation)
