Why do we feel tired all the time? The most important practice of Yoga is to observe your level of energy and how to manage it in daily life. Prana is the Vital Energy.  We all want energy to live and feel alive.

Energy is everywhere.  It is a universal life force.  It is Nature’s gift. It’s everywhere. It is provided to you all the time in abundance.  Why sometime’s we don’t feel like that?  The reason is you are not taking it in properly or perhaps over-spending it.

In this workshop we will look into the theory of Prana: What is Prana? How to cultivate, maintain and manage our vital energy to be more happy and productive in life.

There will also be practice sessions of Pranayama (breathing exercise) with close guidance.
